Last update we reached 450 decks! :)
Also C&C was experiencing some slowness this past week or so, and according to the internet, it might have been a few image files that were too big. Before I realized that, I had started de-imagifying the DW community so you might be noticing a few changes where rewards will be links now instead of the image itself. After that didn't fix it, I figured I'd look at the filesizes in the cards section and found a few very high ones, most of them were the Category images, so resaved them as jpegs or at least some of them, will be working on the rest in the upcoming weeks. A couple were a few cards, mostly the master cards or the comic covers #25 image oddly enough. Since I started doing that, the site seems to be getting back to normal speeds. So anything non-cards will probably be resaved as jpegs to back to pngs in the upcoming weeks which shouldn't affect any of you but incase an image goes down, trust me it will be back.
I've also been debating on whether or not to change the Category images into a more uniformed style similar to the Slots images. They'd probably the same size as before or a little bigger, but we'd use either a promotional poster for films/shows and comic covers for the comics which is for the most part what I have already, but this time it would be without all the photo editing to make it simpler. I both do and don't want to do it, lol. Let me know what you guys think! ♥

Well March went by faster than expected, I was hoping to get more Poison Ivy decks done before the month was up, but maybe I'll have a slower work schedule this week compared to the last two and manage to get some more done. I think besides various comic covers with her and Season 1 & 2 plus Pamela/Jessica & Pamela/Hal from DC Super Hero Girls show I don't really have anything else ready for her but I'll try to find some. Comment with suggestions/preferences if anyone wants a specific deck with her but doesn't want to donate it. I'll try my best to get it done. Or claim a deck & donate.

Daredevil: Born Again is now airing!

New Monthly Theme! Poison Ivy ♥

Added several new DC Tradecards.
Re-released one of the original decks: xmen616-jeanbeast (although original deck was titled xmen-jeanbeast & included Alternate Universes). Please note that although Poison Ivy appeared in 3 seasons of The Batman, sadly the last two seasons she only had like 5 images per Season 4 and 5, so thus thebatmantas-poisonivy (grouped those images together with Season 3).
Whitney donated thegiftedS1-blink & thegiftedS1-thunderbird, please remember to take an extra choice card from those decks (should be available via the update pull, but if not, just add them manually to your comment/logs). Plus you get a choice card for each deck (not from the above decks). The site should have given you rewards for each deck released (if not let me know and I'll manually send them).
Sorry the update is so late in the day (night really - I should be asleep right now), but I had to work this weekend, and hadn't had time to make decks this past week because both jobs but managed to finish at least six so yay! And new layout ♥

Also please note that the wonderwoman17-trailer filename has changed to wonderwoman1-trailer. I apologize for completely forgetting to update that deck before opening. Also updated the categories, so now "General" is separated into "Films", "Trailers", "Series" and "Seasons", and we still have the "Misc." category for anything not fitting into the current options. Shouldn't affect anything (*fingers crossed*) except for the view all released decks page where the lists alignment is a little funky now.
Also re-released 3 original decks this update xmen616-shadowcat, batmanbegins-film & supermandoomsday-film. Slowly whittling down that list.
Last week of the X-Men monthly theme! :) So last chance for any X-Men related claims to get the extra bonus rewards! :) Next monthly theme will be Poison Ivy! ♥ So exciting! Haven't made the layout yet, but hopefully sometime this week I'll have it ready for Saturday/Sunday. A poll for April's theme will be forthcoming. I already have some ideas for May, which I think I'm going with a Thunderbolts theme in honor of the film release, for June it'll be Pride Month, and a Superman & Fantastic Four theme for July in honor of their new film releases, or would you guys prefer to break it down July (Superman) and Fantastic Four (August)? I'm fine with whatever. And back to polls after that for the Monthly themes since those are only ones I thought about.

Captain America 4 has been released!

I did make a Captain America film deck (The Winter Solider anyone?), but didn't have energy for the Combo image, so I'll release both next week! :) Actually updated most of the Marvel combo list at the community, while I wouldn't say complete, seems pretty damn close, probably missing some characters. The DC section is still only a little bit filled out - I'll try and work on that within the next week or so.

Games Updates
- Refixed the Hangman games, basically any two words will just have no space in between the words. Also added a bunch of new words.
- The Password gates games (Guess Character/Family Link/Friends/Pairings) & various other games may or may not show the rewards? Definitely won't show in the logs, so don't rely on that. If they don't show up for you and it says you got it right, please just take a choice card for the inconvenience. I've added them to the list of things I need to ask Aki about. Please note, if any games does something similar, please take a choice card and log it until its fixed.
- Game "Higher & Lower" Round 2 has been posted at the community. Rewards for Round 1 has been added.
- Made all the games Weekly (minus the Monthly) since for whatever reason it did not change to Set A this time.

Happy National Hero Week!

Since today starts the National Hero Week, please take a choice card that spells the word "H-E-R-O" (not including the filename's prefix, such as xmen616-, for example, E = xmen616-emmafrost01).
So I spent most of my week (when not dealing with RL), trying to save images from screencapped.net since this new WEBH file saving thing that the internet is forcing on us is driving me nuts. I feel like it takes me twice as long to save images because of it. So if there are decks you really want to see in the coming months and you don't have time to donate, please let me know below, or I'll probably use the Welcome post as a guiding light since I know what I'd like to see, lol. I think I have most of the Marvel/DC titles have been saved, minus most of the long-running shows and still several films. Sadly it does not have ALL the animated shows, so those will probably take longer.
Also this Friday is Valentine's Day, so please take a free choice relationship card. Hopefully by next year I'll think of some events or games that we can do for it.

Oh and with the (re-)release of avengersemhtasS1-ironman, we have a new Combo available! So yay!

Game News
* Fixed Freebies2 and Hangman games, prizes should show up. It seems if I had edited/adjusted the prize amount for pick up, it would blank out. If any other games have that happen, please just take a choice card instead while I try to figure out how to fix it.
* Added some password gates for Monthly, all dealing with the monthly theme if that helps hint at the answers. I think I'm going to continue doing that from now.
* Added a couple different games at the community, mostly inspired by previous forum games. If anyone has suggestions, feel free to comment here or at the community.
Marvel News
* Captain America: Brave New World will be released February 14th, so please take a choice card from the Captain America Films. In other news we are very close to getting that movie franchise Combo, we just need a film. I'll try to get one together by either next update or by the end of the month unless someone donates it first.
* Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is releasing new episodes on Wednesdays on Disney+.
* Trailer for Daredevil: Born Again was released a few weeks ago, it will premiere on Disney+ on March 4th
* Teaser Trailer for Thunderbolts* which will be released on May 2nd.
* Trailer for Fantastic Four was released, the film set to be released on July 25.
* Ironheart teaser trailer, it will premiere on June 24th.

Grand Reopening

So the Monthly Theme (X-Men) continued from the last time our site was opened (a few years ago), as stated before (see previous post) because I absolutely love the Header and couldn't resist enjoying it longer. The previous site closing is a little fuzzy in my head so I honestly have no clue the time-frame, I think I had problems with coding or maybe there was a lack of members? I'm not sure so I don't know if the layout even went up in the first place (the files I had didn't really tell me anything and the monthly theme page was mostly guessed since the original file had nothing so some decks may have been previously released). ANYWAY I figured why not use the last layout for the time being while we pick out our next monthly theme/layout (as you can see there was a theme within the theme! LOL) SO PLEASE VOTE!
Anyway most of the games are available right now, and all are basically automatic. I think I deactivated all the games not working but let me know if you guys have any trouble (and if you know how to fix it, let me know!). Still working on the site, so the Shop isn't working right now but hopefully soon, I haven't had a second to look at it. I was wondering though if anyone would be up to just Game mod, either here or at the DW community.
So for any members coming back that have donated either decks or badges please comment at our dreamwidth community or comment below (please check out the credits page to make sure it's up to date. I think I found & made all of them, let me know if I missed anything). I think there is a way to gift it to you guys from the Stacks admin page, but I'm not 100% yet so I'll probably post it the community or maybe create a page for them for you guys to take it from here. Same thing with any current donations that fit the Monthly Theme, it might have to be posted somewhere.

I've been slowly uploading the cards and such, most are currently in the "upcoming" page, but I'm planning on releasing all the ones that were not on my last updated "Upcoming" file, which may or may not be the most up-to-date at the time, but between those and the ones I've made since deciding to come back we should be in a good amount by the first official update. I will also probably just going to re-release the decks that we lost before the second opening since I am also working to restore those gaps, or if not, they'll be within the first couple updates. I haven't looked at the games yet, so I'll be doing that within the next week or so, once I get all the decks up. The games will most likely be the more automatic ones, with maybe monthly trivia type ones.
I will also be working on a the dreamwidth community instead of forums that is absolutely optional to join, but you'll have more opportunities to get more cards that way. We might eventually have a discord too, but I'm more familiar and comfortable with DW format. This will hold things I can't host here at the site, such as challenges/games or discussions posts, and an extra place for you guys to trade via from if not the site/your tradeposts.
There have been some changes within the decks file names which in case anyone has the old files (which OMG thank you for saving?!) might be affected. I didn't really take a note of which ones but you'll notice that most of the cartoon/animated series cards will have "tas" to follow the format of Batman/Superman/X-Men/Spider-Man which were already named, this is because these shows are actually "animated series" and to differentiate from the comic or film versions that have since or might one day show up. For example, thebatmantasS3-batgirl, was updated since The Batman film was released (Other examples include: youngjusticetasS1-coldhearted, teentitanstasS3-x, dcsuperherogirlswebS2-batgirlvssupergirl, ulitmatespidermantasS1-snowday). Same thing with adding "Volumes" to all comic related decks since we may or may not eventually get another Volume, also adding a "V" for variant covers (example: cover-americavol1issue1v, cover-batman66vol1issue5). I did update the xmen616-moiramactaggert with a few recent images (non-spoiler-y for anyone curious) and is so far the only one to have been updated with new images except for those decks we lost in between the second opening of Capes & Crusaders.
Also ANYONE who had previously joined, I still have your membercards if you want them, they are currently uploaded to the site, but if you want an updated one, just fill it out at the DW community (or if you find a form on the site once you join). You will also get special bonuses for rejoining since you're a returning member. And if you've donated before, expect those rewards, probably doubled. So if you happen to see something you donated, but it was mistakenly has someone else's name, please let me know.
To-Do List:
* Upload the remaining Characters, Covers, Relationships, and Scenes decks.
* Upload & organize the Trade Cards (WATCH OUT FOR SOOO MANY NEW ONES... I went overboard)
* Upload the Combo Cards, update a list for them & how close we are to getting others to encourage donating.
* Update the Games.
* Examples of Currency:
(I made all the Infinity Stones... I might just make them into some type of game) and Coupons: 
* Finish updating the Stylesheet for the layout to match.
